Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something's not right, here's how we handle it.
Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with any tags still attached.
How to Start a Return
Email johnenot@avantimodamag.com with your order number and which item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm it's approved and issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, though your bank or card issuer may take a little longer to post it. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and unless the return is due to our error (a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping.
Exchanges
Need a different size instead? Let us know when you email us — we're happy to arrange an exchange in place of a refund where the item is available.
Gift Cards
AVANTI MODA gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
